Everything was as advertised, the host was open and available, and the room was surprisingly large for the price. The downside? No heating, so it was cold, and the decor was basic and a bit old.

There's no breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped and the covered parking on site is handy. It's also close to the center of Colombier, so it met my expectations.
