A very beautiful wellness hotel in a good location. I stayed here during a bike tour, and the bike was safely stored in the courtyard. I didn’t use breakfast because I left early. The massage was fantastic!

The service staff are friendly and smiling. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The front desk helped with everything; I’d like to highlight Plamen, who was kind and genuinely helped with every issue. The hotel is lovely and offers full value. By the way, it’s 1 km from the city center. I’m not lowering my rating because the hotel isn’t at fault; it’s just in the middle of town. But parking for 12 cars isn’t great— they even told me at noon to move my car… but they immediately offered a free espresso, they’re aware of the problem, and I hope they’ll find a solution next time I visit.

The hotel sits in a great central spot, but the furniture feels a bit dated and there's a musty odor in both the room and bathroom, probably coming from the nearby spa centre.

We really enjoyed the place’s services, including the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi, the breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant.

The place is wonderful. 5 stars hotel at the very good price. It’s worth it to travel to Silistra only for this hotel
