Michelle is very friendly and makes guests feel at ease, and the building itself is full of history.

Michele is very kind and attentive, and the location is central. The only downside is that there could have been olive oil or frying oil, salt, and pepper.

We liked how close the monuments, restaurants, and the sea were, and Michelle, the owner, is charming and speaks French. The room is very quiet even though it’s near the lively streets, which lets you experience Palermo’s vibe; it’s also very clean and spacious. People who have trouble climbing stairs should know that you need to go up 74 steps to reach the room.

The location is absolutely amazing—right in the middle of everything, yet the courtyard is quiet at night. The value for money is generally very good, and the place was very clean. On the downside, there was no proper bathroom, just a toilet and a shower separated from the bed by a privacy screen; as a couple it wasn’t a huge issue, but staying with friends without a door felt a bit uncomfortable. Also, the stairs to the room are very steep.
