Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Getting in was straightforward with clear step‑by‑step instructions. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a fridge, bottled water, and a coffee machine. Alessandro was very helpful, and the airport drop‑off service was excellent. It offered great value for money, though the sound insulation from the adjacent room was not very good.

The location was fine. The air conditioning was not independent, and the room felt too cold.

The facility was excellent, well automated, and spotlessly clean. It was cool inside even though it was 39 °C outside, and it was fairly quiet. Nothing negative to mention.

The location was perfect for concerts at Fabrique, well connected to the city center, and there were all the essentials nearby, from pharmacy to supermarket. The shower curtain was a bit old, and I would have liked a couple more towels.

I was lucky to have the hotel right next to the airport. When I needed a taxi at 6:15 a.m., the options were pricey and hard to find, so I called the staff. They arranged a pick‑up for me, appeared at my door exactly at 6:15, helped with my luggage, and drove me straight to the airport. The team was very friendly and helpful.
