“انتبه قبل لاتحجز المكان مغلق لايعمل ومهجورررررر لايوجد به احد حجزت ووصلت هناك لاكن لايوجد احد في ال”
Check before booking; the place is closed, not working, abandoned, and no one is there. I booked and arrived, but there is nobody on site; it’s been abandoned for a long time.
“Très bien et calme”
The speed at which we can do diving (snorkeling with a tank). Close to the beach 🏖️. Nothing.
The staff were very friendly, the place sits close to the beach and a few great snorkeling spots, breakfast was basic but tasty and came with fresh guavas. They helped us with snorkeling gear for 10 JD per person and let us stay in the room after checkout so we could shower after the dive. The surrounding area feels like a construction zone and the hotel is next to a quiet highway, with no plants or shade in the courtyard, but that didn’t bother me much.
Great option! It’s quite a quiet spot, even though it’s by the road. The staff are very friendly, and the cosmopolitan owner Izma, with whom we chatted all evening, made us feel at home. He offered a yacht trip (extra service) for snorkeling, where we were fed an amazing lunch. The room is clean, everything works, and it’s a decent size. Breakfast is tasty (falafel, flatbread, veggies, hummus, yogurt, apple, cookies). The city is only reachable by taxi; alcohol is nowhere nearby. On the beach (4–5 minutes walk) and along the road to it, there are spots to eat or grab a bite. The beach isn’t super clean, but the sea is wonderful, very clean, and full of fish. In Akaba itself there’s not much to do; more than 2–3 hours isn’t necessary. There are decent fish restaurants. We ate at Fares and liked it.
“The staff was amazing and kind. The food has been good!”
I liked the facilities and the spot of the hotel, everything else was fine.
