The open countryside location a few km from Carpi and Soliera is great, and the private parking in the garden in front of the entrance adds value; Sam, the host, is very friendly, helpful and punctual in communication and in person. Overall, however, the house feels a bit neglected; a few small fixes and more attention to hygiene would make it noticeably more welcoming.
