“Warm Hospitality & Great Family Stay in Yercaud”

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Ishank Resorts, Yercaud; the hospitality was excellent, the caretaker was helpful, friendly, and always present when we needed help. The owner was understanding and accommodating during an emergency checkout. The kids’ swimming pool was a great addition and our little one loved it. Overall, the warm hospitality and helpful staff made the stay comfortable and memorable, and I highly recommend it for a peaceful family stay in Yercaud.

The location feels private and authentic, and the staff were lovely. The facilities were basic but clean and tidy; some rooms have weak Wi‑Fi and could use better routers, and mobile reception in the area is patchy.

The spot is great, but the powercut was a bit annoying.

The food was cozy, yet the owners imposed so many rules that it ruined the vibe: no noise, no open doors, no smoking, and even casual chats, gatherings, or just hanging out felt restricted. Families expecting a relaxed cottage or resort feel forced to keep quiet, and the gate locks early, cutting off movement. The place feels more like a makeshift stay than a proper hotel or resort. Cleaning never happens on schedule, complimentary tea, coffee, and water aren’t refilled automatically, and you have to nag for basic housekeeping. There’s no AC, which should be clear before booking. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, and the pool is tiny, more suited to kids than adults or families. It might work for a bare‑bones overnight trip, but anyone wanting freedom, comfort, good hospitality, and resort‑style amenities will find it disappointing.
