The bed was comfy and the dinner food at the restaurant was good, but there were spider webs near the curtains, a moldy cup holder, and the access to the second building was uneven and poorly lit at night. The sauna needs to be booked in advance and it costs extra. I emailed the hotel about these issues, yet no one replied. Besides the obvious need for a space renovation, the customer‑service standards also require updating.

Breakfast was nice, served by a Brazilian staff member who was friendly and efficient—she earns a 10. Calling reception from the room phone got no answer, so I went in person and found no one there. I waited about 15 minutes, nobody came, and I had to return to my apartment without assistance.

The location, conditions, and calmness were great, but the parking was a bit tight and the access behind the building was not very functional.
