“Quiet and convenient hotel-restaurant in a 16th-century caravanserai near Sivas's main sites.”

The conversion of a 16th‑century stone caravanserai into a modern hotel and restaurant in a quiet area was very nice. Breakfast was excellent, so I hardly needed anything else. The lift accessed the rooms. The thick old walls let little light in, making reading hard and the internet spotty. My room’s bathroom was cramped compared to others, and I would have liked real plants in the courtyard instead of plastic ones.

Everything about our stay was wonderful—the location, the room, the vibe, and especially the building’s history. Staying in a beautifully preserved caravanserai gave the place a unique character and a comfortable stay. A memorable spot we’d gladly return to. The breakfast could use more care; the dark bread was stale and had tiny flies/gnats, which was very unpleasant and put us off. Overall, the breakfast felt poorly maintained.
