The rooms were very nice, and the breakfast buffet was generous and sustainable, with fresh fruit and minimal packaging. Getting into the thermal spa was hassle‑free, even on the departure day, thanks to the luggage lockers. The café staff, however, were sometimes a bit difficult to deal with.
