The Himalayan

This hotel is a proper establishment, perched on a hill between Manali and Old Manali near Hadimba Temple. The room is extremely spacious, featuring a sofa and an additional sitting area with a nice view of the surroundings. The food selection is good, there’s a swimming pool, a beautiful garden, and a lounge. We also used the laundry service. Even though it was summer, the manager offered to light a fire in our room’s fireplace, which added a nice touch to an otherwise perfect stay. The only drawback is that the hill location means you have to climb a bit on foot—or take a rickshaw—to reach the center.

“Great experience! Great food! Great rooms! Great service!”

Manali as a place was extremely dirty, polluted, crowded. We went for a family holiday and The Himalyan came to our rescue. As a family with kids, it was almost impossible to venture out due to traffic/crowd. We spend almost the entire 4 days within the property. Luckily food, service, rooms, view, etc. was great!. Loved everything about the hotel

“Overall Good stay”

The location and service were good. The washrooms need improvement, and the room flooring requires repair.
