From the first moment the lady Maria was kind and helpful to us. In the summer, unfortunately Sicily was too hot and the apartment had no air‑conditioning, which was devastating. We spent three nights battling the three available fans in the bedroom, but it wasn’t enough to rest peacefully. Moreover, the mattress was far too hard and not comfortable at all. The small bathroom and the cramped shower size negatively affected our stay in Trapani. The apartment has spaces that could be improved and enhanced.

“Alcune cose da migliorare”

The staff were friendly and helpful, quick to respond, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was close to the center in a quiet area. The price was economical. The lack of air‑conditioning and the unpleasant smell—probably due to plumbing problems—were disappointing.

Nothing. The worst accommodation I’ve had in years on the booking site. The flat is not a hotel as shown, parking on the hotel premises is actually street parking. The air‑conditioning listed is really just a fan. The flat had fresh paint so it was dreadful, the shower stall was falling apart. In short, a horror and a nightmare. I stayed for two days and left after a sleepless night.

The owner was kind and helpful. The location was convenient for the port, the center, the station and the sea. The space was generous. A fridge and a coffee machine with pods were present. The price was a bit high, but in line with other accommodations in mid‑August. Since there is no kitchen in the apartment, it would be nice to have a microwave. The positives of the accommodation and the owner’s availability are many. I recommend the place.
