The place was a real letdown – no salad bowl or spoons, just a couple of glasses, the hot and cold taps were swapped and nobody warned us. The fridge was a moldy mess and the bathroom just wasn't clean. All in all, not a pleasant stay.

The apartment itself was cozy and clean, and Guillermo was spot on with his help from the moment we booked. It's just 100 m from a market, and a bit farther from a butcher and bakery – great for families. The only downside was the rain and lack of sunshine, but the thermal complex still made it worthwhile.
