Getting to Jericoacoara was a blast, but the real highlight was the warm welcome from Rodrigo and his wife. Their hospitality felt more like a genuine friendship than a hotel check‑in, and I’m grateful for all the help they gave us. I’ll definitely be back and would tell anyone looking for a place to stay that Pousada Cata is unbeatable.

The place is tiny and super simple, yet everything felt clean and cozy, which made it nice to unwind after a day out. I did notice the housekeeping could have been a bit more organized, but overall it didn’t ruin the stay. Good value for a low‑key spot.

Staff were attentive and quick to help, and the grounds were quiet and well‑equipped, making it easy to relax. The breakfast spread was solid, giving a good start to each morning. All in all, a pleasant, low‑stress stay.

The owners live on‑site and their reception was top‑notch—always ready to assist and friendly. Breakfast was high quality, definitely a highlight of the mornings. I left feeling well taken care of.
