Great large room with big, modern bathroom. Quiet residential area with good parking. Few minutes from bus station and car rental. Very nice, helpful host and varied breakfast. About 10 minutes to Lecce center on foot.

Everything! Comfortable, beautiful and strategically located. They offered a paid parking option with transfer to the accommodation so we didn't have to drive the rental car into the center.
