Quiet spot, friendly staff, fridge for guests, good location. But the beds were stiff, felt like springs, not the cloud‑9 mattress I expected.

Nighttime was mostly quiet, but the balcony was a nightmare. The owner’s dogs ran over it, left poop and urine, and the cleaning only happened on day three after we asked again. The manager was arrogant, blamed the staff, and the problem kept coming back.
