The place sits in Deer Park, which is convenient, but I didn’t like anything else. The room smelled musty, there was a random puddle under the bathroom sink, and I even spotted a roach. I expected it to cost $60‑70, yet because it’s in Deer Park it’s priced higher, so I’m disappointed with the price—though I admit that’s partly my fault.
