Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
After checking in, GRO Alice escorted us personally to our room, attending to every detail and making us feel like VIPs; the service was warm and attentive, the professionalism showed in the little touches. The room itself was very pleasant and the whole stay left us feeling completely comfortable – a fantastic experience that I highly recommend, full marks.

The service staff were amazing and very helpful. The restaurants were way too expensive; we were charged 268 Chinese dollars for a small Evian bottle of mineral water in the Chinese restaurant—that’s $56 Australian dollars—so we won’t be returning.
