The breakfasts have always been the same: tasty, simple, but lacking flair. The location and family vibe are positives. Unfortunately, the beds and mattresses are long past their prime, and there is no communication from the staff or owners with German‑speaking guests. I understand the owners might not know who’s coming, but there was no intervention for a family with a child disturbing the night silence, and the staff touched everything within sight during breakfast, looking unprofessional.

This was a lovely family run hotel. The owners were so kind and helpful. The location is great, in a quieter area of Ksamil. Delicious breakfast and overall good value for money. Nothing

“Bon séjour”

The beach and restaurants are close by, and parking is a real plus. The staff are friendly and attentive. The breakfast is the local standard. The room isn’t quiet enough.

The central location on the lively main street is great. The whole team is very nice! The place is very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast is good.

Wonderful stay! Michel and his family are incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks to their warm welcome and fantastic local tips, we had an amazing time. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to place every time I come to Ksamil. Nothing!! Everything was great
