The service offered was good; the location, check‑in process, personnel, simplicity of the unit, and ease of access were all positive. The bed, bedding, and towel were clean but severely worn out, no longer acceptable, making a fair rest impossible. The shower needs re‑tilling and a thorough cleaning.

I like the bed, but the pillow is too hard, and the room was a paraplegic. The room was labeled paraplegic while I’m not paralyzed.
