The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was clogged; I had to request a plug and end up plugging it myself because no staff offered to unclog it or help with the plugging. I paid 80.00 instead of the advertised 55.00, and I wished they had given me a discount or a free stay; aside from that issue, the stay was acceptable and I would stay again.

From the moment I started climbing the stairs to the room, the steps were rusted and looked unsafe, already patched in several spots. The room itself was awful: it was dirty, possibly with blood splattered on the walls, paint had been scraped off in many places, names were written on the wood around the doors, the wood by the bathroom door had been chewed and marked with a black marker, and the dresser drawers were missing their fronts. We requested a different room, which was supplied, but the sheets on the beds in the second room were stained with what could only have been blood and were utterly disgusting. Again, the paint on the walls had been scraped off in multiple areas and the dresser drawers still lacked fronts. We took the sheet down and handed it to the manager, asking for a refund because we decided to find accommodation elsewhere. The manager told me we would get a refund only because that was who we booked through. I expect a refund for this dump.

The location was good and the staff were friendly.

It was close to Magic Springs and very quiet, but it needs a little updating; still great for the price.
