The room was spacious and the location was good, but the facilities could have been better.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, but the hotel is too far from Kiit College.

I couldn’t check in because the receptionist rudely told me there were no vacant rooms, even though he saw I had a booking and didn’t help me; I felt helpless and had to find another hotel. This place should be blacklisted.
