“Busy holiday inn with welcoming staff”

Helpful welcoming staff. Good selection of breakfast items. Clean room. Having to pay for car park. Noisy doors kept me awake by people going into their rooms up to 1 am.

Breakfast was excellent, but the dinner fell short. I also had a pint of ale that was cold, which is how it should be.

The front desk staff were friendly and the bed was comfy, making the room quiet. However, the shower had weak water pressure, and at check‑in I was asked to pay more than I had been quoted, though that was resolved quickly.
