Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were all very kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is also well located with many public transportation options and shops around. The bathroom is a bit small, but that is not a major issue.

Breakfasts were bland but tasty. The hotel’s location is perfect: a 10‑minute walk to the pier, a 5‑minute walk to the bus stop for the airport. Around the hotel there are many cafés with local dishes, so you won’t go hungry, and the fish market is a 15‑minute walk. The staff are polite and responsive. They let us leave the room late without any charge. There is a Russian‑speaking staff member in the dining area. We just missed a balcony with a sea view)))).

The service and front‑desk staff were very friendly. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the amenities excellent. Every morning we received a cake in the foyer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Finally a clean hotel in Istanbul where the rooms don’t smell, with comfortable beds, good location, tasty Turkish breakfasts (special thanks to the woman who cooks them), and friendly reception staff! The hotel is close to the tram and buses.
