The location was great, the place was clean, and the staff made the stay wonderful. Rosa was knowledgeable, pleasant, and just amazing—one of the best front‑desk people we’ve ever met, making our stay memorable. Andreas at the pool added great service and fun outside. Mario at night on the front desk was pleasant and always willing to go above and beyond. The only downside was all the steps down to the water, but it was worth it!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Rosa and Mario went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and guided me around Praiano and Positano. I highly recommend this friendly hotel.

The staff were generally quick to respond and helpful with arranging transfers, water taxis, and reservations. Because the hotel is so small, everyone knows each other by name, which creates a warm, family‑like atmosphere. The restaurant is a real highlight, and a charming Italian man would even sing and hug you, feeling like a movie scene. However, the rooms are very dark for the price, and the beds feel like cots with thin sheets. We had to cut our stay short after one of us fell ill and needed to return home; we asked about leaving early beforehand but still paid for the full stay, which is their policy but worth knowing. The pool area’s house music was blasting all day and into the evening, making it impossible to relax or read; it felt like a mini rave downstairs.
