Hotel Wu Wei is a modern design house located 10 minutes' walk from Kortrijk's vibrant city centre, offering easy access to the central train station (500 metres away) and Xpo Kortrijk (2.7 km). The hotel features a spa centre with sauna facilities and an outdoor pool, as well as bright rooms with extra long beds, free WiFi, and paid private parking.

Nothing noteworthy. Parking cost 10 euros on hotel grounds; the tax situation wasn’t good for the price I paid.

The staff at the front desk were understanding, but it didn’t lead to any outcome. We didn’t use the accommodation because of a cursed box in the room from Rentokil for pest control, which was the reason we avoided staying. Totally uncustomer-friendly (manager). No refund for costs, not even for breakfast and parking in the "garage", where we ultimately didn’t use it. We were even accused of unruly behaviour.

Unfortunately, our stay was a huge disappointment. Absolutely no experience you expect from a four-star hotel. There was mold in the bathroom and the room was generally not clean. The bedding also didn’t feel fresh or properly washed. We were not satisfied with breakfast at all. We paid €18,00 for it, but what we received was essentially nothing. There was no buffet and barely any choice. An employee brought a sandwich that was clearly not fresh, with brie. When I asked for regular cheese, it was said that it wasn’t available. A boiled egg was served that, in our opinion, was barely cooked. We also received a yogurt cup that looked so dirty we didn’t dare eat it. Fruit was completely missing. To top it off, we got a pasta jar that was past its date. A full buffet is, in our view, absolutely unnecessary. For €18,00 you should expect fresh, hygienic, and well-presented products. Even a simple breakfast with fresh bread, spreads, fruit, and a cup of coffee or tea would have been a much better experience. This is definitely not four-star quality. The value for money is far from satisfactory. Our stay was frankly disappointing and definitely not repeatable.
