Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The place sits in a perfect spot, the whole setup is spotless and welcoming, the common area and daily breakfast are outstanding, and the staff are friendly, accommodating, and warm.

The location is fantastic, and there’s nothing to complain about.

I rang the hotel on the morning of my arrival to confirm and ask for an early check‑in; they said they couldn’t do it. Later that day, before I could even check in, my reservation was cancelled, and the desk agent was extremely rude.

The staff are friendly and housekeeping does a solid job, but the location isn’t that great.

Everything was fine, no complaints at all.
