A stunning lake view and flawless reception, but the rooms need a refresh.
The location is great, but the soundproofing is lacking.
The leisure base and waterfall were highlights, but it was disappointing that the slides were paid. The rooms had large spider webs, though the bedding was very comfortable, resulting in an 8.0/10 overall.
The bathroom in the room was unusable, and there was not enough space against the wall.
The lake view was beautiful and the staff were very helpful, but the rooms only had a kitchen area and lacked basic amenities like a glass, hair dryer, or bedroom mirror, giving a 5.0/10 rating.
