We never actually stayed at this property; it was disgusting. The owner insists we should receive a refund, but the booking platform has not cooperated. The cancellation took effect the day before I arrived, so by the time I saw the place it was a dump and we were already ruined. Since then I've been trying to get my money back, but the booking platform has not helped.

The location is great. The Wi‑Fi signal in the room was unreliable, and the outlets kept falling out of the wall; the fixtures couldn't hold them.
