The venue offered a variety of facilities such as a sauna, a bowling alley, and billiards. The bathroom plumbing was subpar, with water draining poorly in both the shower and the sink.

I booked a room with a balcony, I thought. I mentioned it at reception when I arrived. They were incredibly kind and explained that I had booked a standard room without one. We ended up with a huge suite with balcony, though it lacked a mountain view. Thanks for that. The staff were excellent in every way.
