The room was supposed to have a balcony as described, yet it only had a single window on the ground floor facing a very noisy street, and when we arrived there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The TV didn’t work because the power adapter was missing; they promised to fix it but nothing changed. In the bathroom the toilet paper roll was already half used when we got there.

The host was incredibly helpful and the room was obsessively clean. However, the ground‑floor room faced the street all night, so we couldn’t sleep – it wasn’t sound‑proof and every car or motorcycle passing by woke us up; the window looked out onto a sidewalk, and when people walked by and talked, it felt like they were in our bed. If you’re claustrophobic, you’ll never be able to shower because the space is narrow and low, carved into a wall.

The room was fine, just a 6‑7 minute walk to the train station. The bed was broken and the room had a strong cigarette smell; when we asked, Lucas offered a room change, but it wasn’t any better than the one we stayed in.
