They were welcoming, even though I booked late. The phone was answered quickly and reassured me about access late into the evening. The location is great with amazing views to wake up to! I can’t think of anything to criticize.

The location is very homely. The beds could have used an extra blanket, but otherwise everything was awesome.

Beautiful rooms, clean, great views, massage chair, free tea/coffee/cereal. Nothing really, no staff though all self check in

The location is great, walking to the pier to watch the little penguins land is very convenient. There is free parking right at the front of the guesthouse, making it easy to park. The living room faces the sea, so the scenery is pretty good. Soundproofing is a bit poor; it seems like parties are happening both across the street and inside the guesthouse, which disrupts sleep. The mattress on the upper bunk of room 6 has collapsed, so I hope the host replaces it soon to avoid inconveniencing the guests below. The kitchen and bathroom are quite small.
