“Una casa preciosa y muy bien situada”

The house is very pretty inside and out, tastefully decorated. The pool is great, with loungers and an extra bathroom in the patio, and the barbecue is well set up. The main bathroom is brand new and the towels are high quality. The owner is very pleasant and helped with early check‑in. The location is excellent—central on the island, so you can reach everywhere quickly. The stairs are a bit awkward, especially when carrying luggage. The cutlery is a bit scarce and we missed a pasta strainer, or at least we couldn’t find one. We also wished for more recycling bins to separate plastics and cardboard easily.

Everything was great: the house is spacious and comfortable, the beds are very cozy. The pool lets you cool off and relax after a busy day. The host is very attentive and friendly. It’s a fantastic place to unwind and is well‑situated for exploring the island. Nothing noteworthy to mention.

The owner is very friendly. The house is beautifully decorated with carefully chosen details. The beds are comfortable. We liked the place, even though we encountered cool weather and used the radiators :) We enjoy that vibe but there was no modern stove, so we used the second kitchen. The area is very quiet. In the morning the sunrise and a rooster greet you. Friendly.

Location, outdoor space, access, parking, contact with owners, interior area, sun exposure. It was expected to have some consumables, since it’s a house—for example a fruit basket as a welcome, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, some local foods. It was very nice that eggs were offered the day after our arrival, but when we got to the house we had absolutely nothing. I also think that, for a one‑week stay, it would be nice to have cleaning midway through the stay. I know the pool isn’t heated, but I suggest considering that for the future. I’d say it’s practically impossible to use the pool in winter, which is a pity because it’s quite appealing.

The house’s design and interior are stunning, and the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped, though we stuck to the indoor one. The pool is good, but in November the water was too chilly, so it’s better for summer. We appreciated the spotless house and its surroundings, and the Wi‑Fi worked fine. The interior was very cold—down to 17 °C—but after four days the owner supplied three electric radiators that helped somewhat, yet I still feel the place is better in warmer weather.
