The price was good, but hidden fees popped up—laundry and towels cost extra. When checking in, the owner was completely uncommunicative unless speaking Russian.

The Wi‑Fi was solid and fast, but the breakfast was laughably poor.

The room was clean and the building looked nice, yet the overall experience fell short. Upon arrival, I was told I had to pay a surcharge for air‑conditioning, even though my reservation showed it included (I’ve attached screenshots where no mention of a 5 gel daily fee appears) and the staff insisted it was a hotel policy, implying they could charge arbitrarily because the price is low—this feels shameful, especially when many similar options include AC. Breakfast was minimal (bread, fruit, coffee) and no one told me where to pick it up until I asked. The bed was old and uncomfortable, making rest difficult. The location was also inconvenient, about 30 minutes on foot from the center. The only positives were the room’s cleanliness (apart from the balcony, which hasn’t been cleaned in a long time and faces another house’s entrance) and the building’s appearance.
