Art Street Hotel

The location was very convenient for reaching the city centre and the main station. The room wasn’t very clean, had scuffs on the walls, and the wardrobe was missing its doors.

“Purtroppo sconsigliato”

The staff were very kind and helpful. The property sits halfway between the city centre and the station, which is convenient for those planning to travel by train to Pompeii, Caserta, etc. The room we stayed in was a decent size with a well‑sound‑proofed window, useful for blocking street noise. The property lacks maintenance, both in the common areas of the building and in the room we slept in: dirty walls, a flat blanket, a squeaky door, and a persistent sewage smell. The mattress and pillows in the room were uncomfortable. The area is generally very dirty and the street facing the room is noisy every hour.

“Friendly little hotel in the hub of Naples.”

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is a bit hard to find, but I had clear directions and a video for arriving late, which I appreciated a lot. They even kept my suitcase while I went to the beach for a few days. Thank you, team ♥️. My first room was damp, but after switching rooms the others were fine.

“t'acostumes i aguantes si son pocs dies”

The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was fine. The room size, bed, sheets, and cleanliness left something to be desired.
