“Great food, but a rough road to get there”
The meals were fantastic, and I liked that they offered a to‑go option even when we spent the day out of the resort. Getting there was a hassle, though—the road was under construction and we had to drive really carefully, which added extra time to our arrival. Once we pulled up, the place made up for the drive and was definitely worth it.
“Perfect riverside spot with great staff and wildlife”
Nestled right on the Okavango River, the lodge feels like it’s straight out of a nature documentary, and Andrew, Bonnie, Pahi and Ino welcomed us like old friends. Our river tent was surprisingly stylish and cozy—something you don’t often see in pricey tent lodges—and the terrace overlooking the water served some of the best meals we’ve had.
“Perfect stay, just a pricing glitch”
The whole trip was flawless—no hiccups at all, and the added boat excursion was a fantastic bonus. The only snag was the pricing: the dollar amounts seemed off because the conversion to Botswana rand didn’t line up with the current rates, making the figures look lower than they should be.
“Exceptional staff and good value”
From the moment we stepped inside, the staff were on point and made everything feel smooth, and the price we paid felt right for what we got. No complaints at all—just a solid, value‑for‑money experience.
“Beautiful camp, tasty food, flawless experience”
The camp sits in a gorgeous spot and is kept in tip‑top shape; I especially loved the outdoor bathroom right next to our tent. Food was tasty, and the boat tour was a real treat. Honestly, everything about the stay was spot on.
