The stay was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful with questions or tips, and the price was good. The morning view of the mountain was beautiful and very calming. Despite the rainy season, there was little rain and the resort was quiet, with a nice green garden and monkeys, turtles and other animals. I rented scooters and explored the whole island. Kayaking in the mangroves is a 6‑minute drive away, and Koh Lanta old town is 15 minutes, a cozy town with good shops and restaurants.

“Un peu déçu.”

The staff were very pleasant. The services (scooter, massage…) offered by the hotel were efficient and had a good price‑quality ratio. The free child bed advertised on the site turned out to be paid on arrival. The hotel description on the site was unclear. The water park was paid. The free slide was missing. The room was excessively noisy even with calm neighbors.

“Chowview.. if you want value for your bht.. you really want to try this place”

The location, price, pool, food, bike rental, patio, outdoor furniture, quiet, safe, beautiful setting, very friendly honest staff, everything. Honestly, unless you want a 5‑star experience this place checks every box; if I had to pick one thing, it’s a bit far from the main street.

“Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.”

The hotel grounds are fairly nice and the breakfasts are acceptable. We chose this hotel mainly for the water park for our 6‑year‑old child, but it turned out to be unsafe for both children and adults. Everyone in our family got injured there. The hotel itself is terrible — a strong sewage smell everywhere. We changed rooms twice, but it did not solve the problem. The location is also very inconvenient, as it is far from everything. There was mold on the walls as well.
