The staff were very friendly at both reception and breakfast, but the room lacked small items such as a nightstand lamp.

The staff were friendly and the room was large and comfortable, but the hotel is close to the main shopping area yet still far from most sights, and there are only a few local restaurants. Public transport is nearby.

The cleaning was poor, and when I pointed it out there was no proper response.

El desayuno y la calidez del personal. Todo estuvo ok. La alfombra nos pareció un poco exótica, pero nada desagradable

Parking is right next to the hotel, just a few steps away.
