The location is very good, access to the apartment was hassle‑free without having to wait for keys, and the security deposit was returned quickly. The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The ongoing renovation on the street from early morning disrupted our rest, and the photos of the surroundings did not reflect reality at all. The billing was unclear regarding an additional climate tax that does not exist in Madrid. One room had a poorly stable bunk bed that posed a danger to users. Moreover, the elevator stops on a half‑floor, so luggage must be carried up the stairs. The meeting with the host was unpleasant; when I tried to clarify the extra charge, the host threatened to block access unless I paid, which was extremely untactful given that the extra fee was less than 10 % of the price paid for the property. I definitely do not recommend this host. Despite many travels and using the booking platform, this was the first time I encountered such a situation.
