The room was fine, but the balcony and TV left something to be desired.

We wanted a spot near Ernakulam junction railway station, but the staff were inconvenient and unresponsive, leading to a bad experience; I had many more issues, and my wife is blind—next time don’t use this booking platform.

The room was clean and tidy, the toilet was spotless, and the AC worked well. For the price we paid, it was a good deal.
