The comfort and location are superb. It feels like a genuine Georgian home steeped in history, with spacious rooms, a cozy garden, a veranda, and an especially noteworthy view of the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The cathedral is literally just a few steps beyond the gate.

Perfect for a layover or overnight stay—price and quality line up nicely. The charming dog adds a special touch. There’s a warm kitchen in the house, a shared cold terrace, and you can sit, have lunch, or dine with a view of the church. Nothing else to add.

The price is unbeatable. Even though we booked at the last minute, we were thrilled—only a pity we didn’t try breakfast since it was a last‑minute reservation. The rooms are newly renovated. The bathroom is across the hallway, but that didn’t bother us. I recommend contacting the lady before arrival because she’ll open the gate; the accommodation is about a 3‑minute walk from the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, and the whole center is closed to tourists before arrival.
