The location was good, but the room had several maintenance issues: the bathroom box was leaking, the bathroom plaster was moldy, there was no dry‑waste bin, the toilet paper holder was loose, the bedside table was missing, and there was no stool or chair. The room was very basic and had defects for a hotel rated as 4 stars.

The location was very good, the staff were very polite and helpful, and breakfast offered a wide variety. The facilities did not match the website photos, the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were of poor quality.

Breakfast was exceptional—a real treat, especially the surprise couscous for us northerners 🩷. The service from every staff member was amazing. The room was comfortable, quiet, the bed was nice, and everything was clean and organized. My husband and I already want to return and are recommending it.
