The only real snag was the bathroom door that wouldn’t shut; we told front desk a few times but nothing changed until HR Director Lindy stepped in at check‑in, and she was an absolute rockstar—her help made the whole trip a lot smoother, proving she's a top hotelier and truly excellent at hospitality.
