Nothing good. The experience was very unpleasant and disappointing; we found bedbugs in the accommodation and a strong insecticide smell, probably used to treat the issue. When we contacted the owner, the only solution offered was to find another place, claiming no alternatives were available. The owner promised a full refund but ended up returning only a small portion of the amount, without a satisfactory solution, especially considering we had to book a last‑minute accommodation. Besides the serious hygiene problem, the way the situation was handled showed a lack of responsibility and consideration for guests. We do not recommend this accommodation, both for the lack of cleanliness and the unsatisfactory handling of the complaint.
