There’s no breakfast, but you can make your own (coffee maker, kettle, fridge available). The bedding was poor.

Roberta was super kind, friendly, and extremely helpful with activity and travel tips. Her home is close to the train station, which is convenient for getting to and from Cagliari airport, and also near vehicle rentals and downtown for food, drinks, or shopping. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cagliari. If you’re very heat‑sensitive, the AC may take a moment to start, but it does work.

The property sits right in the heart of Cagliari, a truly convenient spot. The room and private bathroom were impeccably clean and stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Roberta, the owner, was genuinely kind and helpful, offering plenty of useful advice on how to get around, what to see, and where to eat. We felt very comfortable!
