I’m always satisfied when I say I’ll stay at your hotel whenever I’m in the area; I’m very pleased with the staff, the hotel is very comfortable, I like its location, and I love staying in your town. There’s nothing I didn’t like—I’m always satisfied with your hotel.

I was close to everything I needed, and the place was spotless; I only interacted with two staff members: a gentleman named David at the front desk who was fantastic, and a young lady who checked me out, both excellent. They deserve a raise. The street was hard to spot, so better signage near the road would help.
The TV remote was broken, the hallways were too hot, the air‑conditioning in the room was insufficient (102 °F outside), and there was no coffee maker in the room.
The breakfast had a great variety, but the door was in bad shape.
