Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü var yardımcılardı. Odalar çok temiz ve genişti. Her yere yürüyerek gidebildim konum olarak çok güzeldi. Asansör olmayışı valiz taşırken zordu ama çalışanlar bu konuda da yardımcı oldu o yüzden çok sorun yaşamadım

I thought the location was perfect because it was on a quiet street with nothing else, just a few minutes’ walk to Florence’s main areas, and there’s a shop at the end for essentials. The hotel is very clean and the check‑in is smooth and easy. Free coffee and snacks are a nice touch. The shower was great and the bed very comfortable.

Convenient spot, staff attentive, friendly and warm, water fountain and biscuits at the reception, coffee machine on the floor is pleasant, good climate control and Wi‑Fi is okay. The view from our room onto the roof(s) was disappointing, and the room was a bit narrow for storing our stuff.
