The staff was very helpful. Malak arranged flowers and a cake for our 25th anniversary and upgraded our room for free. The toilet flush kept giving problems, and the breakfast could be improved.

The hotel is excellent by all standards, offering direct and beautiful views of the Prophet’s Mosque, with cleanliness, comfort, and good organization. Our stay was truly special, everything was top‑level. I especially want to thank Mr. Mohammed, the restaurant manager, for his very courteous manner and great care for guests; he was helpful, respectful, and ensured our comfort and requests were met generously. Thanks to him and the whole staff for this wonderful experience.
