The spot is great, the room stayed spotless and the manager with his wife were both super helpful and friendly. The canteen shut down too early at 4 pm and the restaurant was booked for a private event during our visit.

The location is unmatched, the access to the Bourke Street lift is essentially outside the door. First time staying with kids who had not walked in ski boots before - this was ideal! Close to food options, the pub to watch the footy and the view of the mountains was beautiful. New bathrooms were excellent. A small tv to cast onto would have been great

The location was great, but a TV in the room would have been a nice addition.

Stuart, the manager, was really on top of things and made everything run smoothly. Unfortunately, Nik seemed indifferent and wasn’t very helpful when I needed assistance. The contrast between the two staff members was noticeable.

The hotel’s spot can’t be beat – right on the ski runs and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even though the rooms were on the small side, they were spotless. I also loved the restaurant on the first floor; the food was solid.
