“Great”
I gave it 8.0/10; the location is fine but the queen bed feels too short.

I scored it 7.0/10. The location is absolutely perfect for a short stay in Florence. The double room on the 1st floor is large, clean, and has air conditioning. The breakfast (a croissant and a hot drink) at the opposite café house was completely fine. The building is hard to find because it’s tucked into a side alley; the photo in the listing shows a different building. The access information was also wrong, with a faulty mobile number that caused confusion and no staff were available. The rooms are reached by steep stairs, the elevator was broken. Night and early‑morning garbage pickup was very noisy, especially the glass bottles, but it was probably still better than the courtyard rooms.

I gave it 10.0/10: the place was very clean with daily housekeeping, and the location was amazing—just about 20 meters from Piazza della Signoria and 10 meters from a wine window. On check‑in day we arrived a bit early, could leave our luggage in a safe room, and then explored the city. We had a fantastic time in Florence, and this accommodation made it easy to reach galleries, museums, churches, great food, and affogatos.

I rated it 7.0/10; the location is very good, but it could have been better on the ticket.

Despite the central location, it wasn’t noisy. The breakfast felt a bit monotonous; the coffee was always good, but having a croissant every day was boring. Maybe they could expand the selection.
